Terms and conditions of use

The website permit.ua (hereinafter - the Website) is administered by an individual citizen of Ukraine, Oleksandr Dmytrovych Nedaibida (hereinafter - the Manager), to analyze the demand for services offered on the Website and without the intent to make a profit. O. Nedaibida does not carry out any business activities, including through the Website and/or with its use.

The Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” does not apply to the activities of the Website.
 

Regarding the use of personal data:

1. In case of providing personal data by filling out the contact form posted on the Website, the owner of such data is a citizen of Nedaibida Oleksandr Dmytrovych, in order to obtain additional information about the owner of personal data, you have the right and opportunity to contact the following e-mail address yourpermitua@gmail.com.

1) When using the Website, it is possible to automatically collect information related to your use of the Website, namely:

7. Personal data collected on Thhe Website is not transferred to third parties and may be disclosed (transferred to third parties) only in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
 

8. The processing of personal data collected on Thhe Website is carried out exclusively in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
 

9. The personal data provided on the Website may be used (processed) within 30 calendar days from the date of its provision, after the expiration of the specified period, the received personal data is irrevocably deleted.
 

10. The Website Manager shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
 

11. When you use the services, the pages of the Website may contain codes of other Internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive your data. 12.You have the right to receive any information about yourself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that you indicate your surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), contact numbers for communication and details of the document certifying the individual submitting the request, except in cases established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
 

12.1. Access to data about yourself is free of charge.
 

12.2. Denial of access to personal data is allowed in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine, if access to them is prohibited in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
 

12.3. The decision to deny access to personal data may be appealed to the relevant authorities.
 

13. The user (personal data subject) has the right:

• to know about the sources of collection, location of his/her personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location of the owner or to give an appropriate order to authorized persons to receive this information, except in cases established by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”;

• to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred;

• for access to their personal data;

• to receive a response no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, whether his/her personal data is processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;

• to submit a reasoned request to the Website Manager with an objection to the processing of their personal data;

• to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by the Website Manager if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;

• to protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of your honor, dignity and business reputation;

• to file complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the court;

• apply for legal remedies in case of violation of the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection;

• to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;

• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

• to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

• to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him/her.
